Gulf Ports are Shutting Down due to Hurricane Sally

Hurricane Sally is making its way to the Gulf Coast causing the U.S. Coast Guard to issue a port condition Zulu for the coastal ports in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. When a condition Zulu is called, all port waterfronts are shut down with a few exemptions to make sure people and property are safe. Most of the ports in Louisiana are still open but with restrictions.
