Iowa 80 Truckstop Owners Help Keep Football Program Going Strong

Will and Renee Moon, the owners of the Iowa 80 Truckstop near Walcott, Iowa, have donated $10 million to fund the Iowa football program along with other athletic programs. This fund, named after the Moons, consists of three components, $5 million for the endowment fund that supports the football program, $3 million to support football and other athletic programs, and $2 million to fix up the Kinnick Stadium’s north end seating area. The owners of the ‘World’s Largest Truckstop’ are both Iowa graduates and have made many donations to the athletic program throughout the years.
