Truckers are Getting Fake Quarantine Messages in Canada

The Canadian Trucking Alliance has put out an alert for truck drivers of a scam involving quarantine and COVID-19 information. The text message truckers have been getting includes a bit.ly link that truck drivers should not click on because it directs them to a website based in Spain and has nothing to do with the Canadian government. The CTA is asking truckers to not open these messages and to delete them.

Unfortunately, the pandemic has led to a lot of scams out there so please use caution when opening anything. If it looks at all fishy, delete it.
