Reason Foundation has put out its Annual Highway Report that ranks each state’s highway performance based on 13 different categories. According to this study, the overall condition and performance of the country’s highways has gotten worse. So, all those potholes you hit on the way to work are spreading like a plague throughout the U.S. If you live in New Jersey, congratulations you have the worst roads in the country!
