Truck Bills in New York are Piling up

There are many trucking-related bills going through the New York State Legislature right now regarding tolls, idling, weight, and autonomous trucks. Currently, heavy-duty vehicles have an idling time limit of five consecutive minutes or they are fined. Sen. Brian Kavanagh’s new bill would change the time limit to three consecutive minutes.
