Rhode Island’s Governor has put out a tractor-trailer ban from all highways in the state. This ban started yesterday, Monday, February 1, at 5 a.m., and is for all tractor-trailers excluding those carrying emergency supplies. The winter storm is set to bring strong winds and heavy snow and will lead to dangerous roads.
