In a recent announcement put out by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, all rest areas and welcome centers will be closed to the public starting today. When I’m driving north on I-81, where am I supposed to find restroom areas? This will not help keep Pennsylvania clean or healthy, I’d imagine.
