Hutt Trucking Co., Inc. out of Holland, Michigan, has been recognized as an EPA SmartWay High Performer for the third year in a row. The Environmental Protection Agency came up with this program to track, document and share information about fuel use and emissions. The title is given to those transportation companies who have achieved significant environmental efficiencies.
To qualify as a SmartWay High performer, companies submit annual efficiency and air quality data to the EPA which is then collected and analyzed. The companies with high scores are given the title.
