Marijuana use Tops the Charts in Clearinghouse Summary

The latest monthly summary put out by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse gives some good insight at how many in the trucking industry are signing up and what they have in their systems. According to the summary, 80% of the violations reported were positive drug tests and marijuana was king. 10,388 of those positive test results involved marijuana, second place was cocaine with 3,192 positive results, and methamphetamines rounded out in third place with 2,184.
