Over a 20 month study using the driver retention tools available from Stay Metrics, Ag Trucking has dropped turnover by 16.1% and grew their fleet by 11%. In the beginning, Stay Metrics’ Annual Driver Satisfaction Study showed Ag Trucking that there equipment was a good area to start improvements. Surveys given by Stay Metrics are useful tools that allow companies to hear what their drivers have to say about different aspects of their jobs and how satisfied they are.
