I-70 Truck Automation Corridor Project Gets $4.4 Million

USDOT’s Federal Highway Administration has awarded a $4.4 million grant for the Interstate 70 Truck Automation Corridor project. The project is a collaboration between DriveOhio, INDOT, the Transportation Research Center, and ODOT. This project will allow those working with automated trucks a safe place to deploy their operations. Data gathered from the project will allow those in the industry and the USDOT valuable information to be used towards policies and procedures on highways all over the country.
