“Trucks of Art” was recently unveiled by the City of New York Department of Sanitation. The five newly painted collection trucks were shown off in Times Square and honor the 7,500 people who keep New York City safe, clean, and healthy. From almost 100 submitted concepts, and a challenge of making it a zero waste project, a handful of artists were chosen to help beautify the cityscape. The artists included Alex Anastas, Misha Tyutynunik and Victor A. Saint-Hilaire, Jillian White, Dister, and Lady K-Fever.
