The Governor of Connecticut has announced that seven of the state-operated rest stops in Connecticut will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Senate Bill 713, to open these rest stops all day every day, has been well received by the trucking community. Whether traveling at night or during the day, having open rest stops for truckers to take their mandated breaks is very beneficial for everyone.
