Wyoming Senator Wants to Stop Trucks From Taking Teton Pass

State Sen. Mike Gierau wants to quickly change how truckers are ticketed for traveling on the Teton Pass when there is a truck ban. Throughout the year, trucks weighing over 60,000 pounds are not allowed on the Teton Pass, and trailers of any kind are not allowed in the winter. The bill being considered would allow law enforcers to automatically mail citations to any violators.
