Indiana is Going Hands-Free to Keep Drivers Safe

The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced that Indiana is going hands-free on July 1, 2020. There has been a no-text while driving law since 2011, but was open for interpretation and not tailored well. By restricting all device usage while driving INDOT is hoping to make Indiana’s roads safer. You can still use hands-free and voice-operated devices, but they can not be in your hand.
