FMCSA Extends Emergency Declaration for Truckers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has declared an extension of the Emergency Declaration issued on March 13, 2020, now through to June 14, 2020. The extension continues of the exemptions granted for parts 390 through 399 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
