WYDOT Says No More Trailers on Eastbound Teton Pass

The Wyoming Department of Transporation announced the closing of WYO 22 Teton Pass to eastbound trailer traffic. This closure is due to the topography, steep grade, and accident history of the pass. With the current closure of the vehicle arrestor system and winter storms already moving in, this trailer ban has been introduced a month early. Besides truck trailers, this closure is for all hitched trailers, and anyone illegally using the pass with a trailer will be subject to a fine.

Currently, the Eastbound Teton Pass is not allowing trailer traffic, but the closure of both directions will begin November 15.
