The FMCSA’s Clearinghouse is Now Open for Registration

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has opened the new Commercial Driver’s License Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse for registration. The Clearinghouse has been put into place so the FMCSA, law enforcement, CMV employers and driver license agencies can find CDL drivers who have violated federal alcohol and drug testing. Ultimately, this was put into place to keep our roads safe by removing those who have failed their drug and alcohol tests. Registration is now open and the Clearinghouse will be implemented on January 6, 2020.
