Nebraska Students Learn About Big Rig Safety

During Teen Driver Safety Week in Greeley, Nebraska, students of Central Valley school are learning to respect big trucks on the road. By allowing the students to climb into the cab of a truck, they can see what a driver sees and can’t see. A lot of parents of the students drive trucks and some have been in accidents, this learning tool is a good way for them to learn how to share the road. The Teens in the Driver Seat initiative was there showing these other teens in school the importance of traffic safety with an emphasis on big rigs.
