Brake Safety Week 2019 will be held September 15-21 and Bendix is offering up some checklist charts for air disc brakes and drum brakes. Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC and Bendix Spicer Foundation Brake LLC want you to inspect your brake systems to reduce the number of crashes out there caused by faulty systems. During an unannounced inpsection in the U.S. and Canada last spring, 1,667 commercial vehicles were placed out of service because of their brake-related issues.
