Canada’s Newest Travel Requirements Don’t Apply to Truck Drivers

The Canadian federal government has put out a new list of travel measures, including COVID-19 testing when arriving at the border, that does not apply to truckers. Truck drivers are the ones delivering essential goods in and out of the country and they are now exempt from being quarantined and all COVID-19 tests. Truck drivers still need to take personal measures to keep from contracting the virus by wearing masks, social distancing, and keeping updated on the lasted COVID-19 related news.
