8,000 Comments Sent in Regarding HOS Changes

Truck drivers are making their voices heard when it comes to a lawsuit challenging changes to the hours-of-service rules. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has sent in over 8,000 comments from truckers who are looking for more flexibility within their usable hours when out on the road. The International Brotherhood of Teamsters’ lawsuit against the FMCSA asks whether they had the authority to make the final HOS rule.
