Information to Know if you get COVID-19

If you find yourself testing positive with COVID-19 or have some other family-related reasons for needing time off because of the virus, then you should look through the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. The provisions in the FFCRA apply through December 31, 2020. The Act covers paid sick leave, sometimes at the employer’s regular rate and sometimes at two-thirds the regular rate depending on the situation. It also covers paid expanded family and medical leave due to bona fide COVID-19 cases.
