SoCalGas will be Using New Low-Emissions Trucks

Along with the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District and Western Milling, the Southern California Gas Company has planned to deploy 30 new low-emission trucks. The trucks will be fueled by renewable natural gas that will virtually eliminate pollutants and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The 12-liter Cummins Westport engine is what will be running these trucks and is the first of its kind to meet the standards put forth by the California Air Resources Board. These trucks are a step toward the company’s goals to becoming sustainable and help save the quality of our air. Click the link below to read more about this.
